Rain Gutter Regatta

For Kyler's August Pack Meeting they had a Rain Gutter Regatta.  They were able to make and decorate their own boats and then race them.  Kyler really enjoyed it!

He even won one of the races!

Happy Birthday Evelyn!

We celebrated Evelyn's Birthday with my family on Sunday the 22nd.  She had a lot of fun opening the gifts...

...but wasn't too sure about blowing out the candle!

On her actual Birthday, Kyler had a Pack Meeting at the park, so she got to play there and have lots of fun.

She is such a character and adds so much to our family.  We love her, even if she did start the "terrible twos" early.

Someone's Been Sleeping In My Bed!

That makes four days last week that Evelyn put herself down for a nap in my bed!  I guess she likes it better than hers!

Olsen Cabin 2010

Grandpa & Grandma Olie (Russell's dad and step-mom) invited us up to their cabin last weekend.

We had a wonderful time!

We got to go on Four-Wheeler rides.

We ate some REALLY YUMMY food!

Grandpa & Grandma Olie even let Kyler sleep over with his step-cousins.

He had a lot of fun and talked about it for days.

Another Birthday Party!

For Kaylee's birthday this year she decided to take some friends to McDonalds.

She also had (and continues to have) fun with the dress-up stuff she received from Grandma Henningson and Grandma Olsen.

Cheese, It's What For Dinner...

... at least it is if your name is Evelyn!  We had tacos the other day and the only thing she was interested in eating was the cheese, so we let her.  Aren't we such good parents?

Evelyn would live on cheese if we would let her.  Don't worry, we don't let her.  She did have some of Russell's taco for dinner too.
