We've had a fun and busy summer this year.
We went on walks...
...Kyler and I went to Cub Scout Day Camp...
...where Kyler got to ride a bull!
We brought home cowboy hats for the other kids.
For our family vacation we went up north for a few days. We stayed in a hotel in Lehi and the next morning went to Trafagla.
The kids had a blast riding the rides, especially the Go-Carts...

Russell took some pictures of me driving Kenyon and Evelyn, but we lost all of the pictures that he took.
Kyler had fun climbing the rock wall......we all had fun playing the games. Wheel of Fortune was the favorite among the kids. We won enough tickets that each of the kids were able to pick out a stuffed animal along with a few other little prizes. I hope they don't expect to do this well every time we go to an arcade.
Next we went to Salt Lake. Our first stop was the roof of the Church Office Building. The kids really enjoyed looking at Salt Lake from that high.
We also walked around Temple Square for a little bit and had fun with the fountains there.

Next we went to the Clark Planetarium.
We spent the night in a hotel in Salt Lake and the next morning went to the Visitor Centers at Temple Square.
The kids really liked the model of the Salt Lake Temple.
Of course we had to get a picture of the kids in front of The Christus.

Our next and final stop was The Living Planet Aquarium.
Kyler had fun watching the River Otters. They remind me of Kyler's style of swimming (flipping from belly to back without even pausing).
The penguins were another favorite. It is amazing how the "fly" right out of the water.

More of our summer adventures will be coming soon!
