The next day, we checked out of the hotel and headed to the beach. On the way there we stopped by the San Diego Temple and took some pictures. It is a beautiful temple!
Finally we made it to the beach. It was a little cloudy and cool, but that didn't seem to bother the kids at all. I think the weather made it so there wasn't a lot of people there. I took a lot of pictures and had a hard time deciding which ones to post, so there are a lot of them here. Enjoy!
Russell had fun trying to "surf" on Kendall's snow sled. He would have loved to try with a real surf board - maybe next time.
Kyler got wiped out by a wave...
... and then out ran a different one.

After a fun morning at the beach, we drove to Las Vegas and spent the night at Bryan and Moriya's house. Thank you for letting us crash there. The kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins, and wished we could have stayed longer.
